Curt McCoy President Curt started with MSW in 1975 when the facility consisted of only one small room. Curt is a NASCAR fan and enjoys spending time with his family.	John Stark Vice President John, longtime friend of Curt joined MSW in 1975. John enjoys spending time at Table Rock Lake and preparing to be a grandpa.
Bob Headlee New Business Development Director Bob joined MSW in early 2004 with extensive experience in business development. He enjoys golf and spending time with family and friends.	Dennis Campbell Plant Manager Dennis has been with MSW for over 15 years. He enjoys spending time with his family and participating in outdoor activities.
Kerry Baugh Account Coordinator Kerry is 2000 Business Mgt graduate of MSSU and enjoys playing softball with friends and family.	Dennis Champlin Purchasing Manager Dennis manages purchasing at MSW and enjoys all outdoor activities.
Debbie Evans Accounting Manager Debbie joined MSW in 2000. In her spare time she likes to read, garden and spend time with her son.	Rob Harmon Account Manager Rob has been at MSW since 1998 and enjoys building "stuff" in his spare time. He is an avid sports fan and has an addiction to golf.
Craig Lasiter Project Engineer Craig has been with MSW since 2003 and enjoys playing soccer, poker, and watching Duke basketball.	Jim Leedy Account Engineer Jim has been at MSW for 16 years and has worn many hats during that period. He enjoys fishing and working in the yard.
Gene Lasiter Engineering Manager Gene is the Chief Product Designer and has been with MSW since 1982. He enjoys playing golf, coaching baseball, and watching football.
